UPGRADING 
**************************************************

	To upgrade from any previous 2.6 version

	Make a backup of the entire forum directory and have it readily available

	If you have any modified files at all, ensure you copy those mods to the new file first, I use meld for that

	The date format has changed & will change the forum start date so record that and you can reset it later under Forum Config
	
	Select the following directories and files and copy to your forum directory

	Admin
	Convert
	Help
	Languages
	Modules
	Quick-Guide
	Sources
	Templates > if you have your own templates you will need to go to Admin > Forum Layout > Template Config & resave each template
	yabbfiles

	AdminIndex.pl
	index.pl (delete YaBB.pl if exists)
	license.txt
	MANIFEST.txt
	README.txt
	Setup.pl < in case you need to run setup again but not likely
	UPGRADING.txt
	VERSION.txt
	meta.pm
	
	DO NOT COPY OVER ANY OTHER FILE OR DIRECTORY

	Delete files
	Sources/SpellChecker.pl
	
	Delete Folders
	yabbfiles/googiespell < only googiespell, not yabbfiles
	conf
	db
	hooks
	locks
	
	Edit .htaccess
	change Yabb to index
	
	Check/Reset your admin settings as some items will change

	Make sure the 3 .pl files are chmod 0755 (that's executable)
	and Variables, Members, Messages, Boards, Backups, Languages to 775 recursively; index.pl, AdminIndex.pl to 755 & Paths.pm to 664
	
	You should be able to access your upgraded board and recheck all your admin settings & configure what's new

	If you get an error check the logs if it's not displayed on screen and fix whatever is broken
	if you can't fix it try running Setup.pl 
	otherwise copy back the file with issues and compare the old and new to see what was different

	If you get to the point where you can't get it sorted, rename the forum folder you just upgraded (name.bak) and restore the original folder
