should have started this a while ago but busy busy

     
     2.6.14-beta has had dead website links updated/removed in almost all files.

     added language files (I have no idea who translated them but kudos to them)
     
     the French translation is broken if someone wants to check that out.

     changed some of the variables in setup.pl so it's ready to rock without too much for new forum admins to configure.

     added api code for github release updates to display in admin when available.

     
     2.6.14 Removed all files/folders related to sourceforge repo.
     
     removed all dead links and obsolete IM's from Lang files.
     
     installed 2 templates/themes and added theme chooser to the page header.
     
     added a separate meta file that is called in on every page apart from the admin section and can be edited easily.
     
     

3.0 released as beta
