i have used crow on linux to translate snippets of the original lang files and added the filipino lang to https://yabbforum.nz/3.1/ with more to come

have also translated the help files to all the current langs

you guys that use those languages let me know if you find errors, usually displays filename & line #, copy & paste the error output in a post here so i can fix it
