	Yes very confusing but that explains it ok although it's a weird set of options Should be 1 or the other, selected sees, unselected doesn't or visa versa now I'm really confused

Servers operate using UTF-8 worldwide, and ISO support is typically added via the admin panel. This process usually happens automatically. (e.g., Plesk, cPanel, etc.) There should never be any issues in this regard—unless you create them yourself.
